Work on the water spring-late fall at our Rock Hall farm location. Land work (e.g., fleet maintenance, projects) fall-spring. Learn about sustainable oyster farming from nursery to grow-out and harvest. Get/stay in shape, get a tan, and have a good time improving the Chesapeake Bay.
Other Information
The job is physically demanding – must be able in decent physical shape and able to repeatedly lift 50lbs. Mental toughness is also required. Own transportation and/or boating experience a plus for consideration.
