Career Centers & Career Coaches

Queen Anne’s County Public Schools now has a career center and career coach in each of our high schools thanks to $600K in RMEDF provided by Maryland Department of Commerce and Upper Shore Regional Council. These resources provide the equipment, materials and staffing necessary to offer dedicated career awareness, guidance and career connections for students.

Internships and Apprenticeships

Our staff coordinates apprenticeships and internships in several fields, including culinary, engineering, technology, and trades in partnership with Queen Anne’s County Public Schools and our local businesses. It is our mission to support opportunities for on-the-job training by connecting local businesses with the community’s youth workforce.
