Responsibilities: Production assembly of custom design compressor packages Testing of large industrial high pressure compressors Interface with engineering to resolve electrical and mechanical issues on shop floor Electrical troubleshooting – PLC hardware & program troubleshooting, Troubleshooting control panels which includes but is not limited to 460V, 120V, 24VDC, transformers, motor starters, HMI’s, and other wiring issues. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanic to join a growing company! A strong technical background is needed, and machine operation is a plus. If you meet this criteria – WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU! About the position: We are looking for mechanic techs for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This elite group of techs will work primarily in the bindery department of our printing facility and are an intricate part of our entire printing process. The tech will be responsible for operation of bindery equipment such as, but not limited, loading and continually feeding, fixing machines if problems arise, and running the machines to their optimal speeds. While these are the primary duties of the operator, you may be asked to assist with other duties. In-house training will be provided for the right person. Any background with MBO and Stahl Folders (up 6 plates, plus right angles and 3rd sections) will be a great find for us!
