We started the company to take care of our grandparents. Our goal is to provide the best, most loving care and attention for our residents. We have 4 locations on the Eastern Shore: Chester, Denton I, Denton II, & Easton. We are hiring for the dayshift 7a-7p, and the overnight shift 7p-7a. 12 hour shifts mean more days off per week! We are also always hiring for PRN. PRN allows you to create your own schedule by requesting available shifts! The most important qualification is compassion and a desire to improve the lives of our residents. Experience isn't a requirement, but it's a plus! Many of our staff came from no professional experience but had a grandparent they loved and took care of. Our team of caregivers provides assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, eating), as well as running by cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Our facility has 15 residents that you will get to know on a personal level and be able to provide individualized love and attention.
