Arcadia Living is a small, family-owned assisted living and memory care company. We started the company to take care of our grandparents. Our goal is to provide the best, most loving care and attention for our residents. We have 4 locations on the Eastern Shore: Chester, Denton I, Denton II, & Easton.
We are hiring for the dayshift 7a-7p, and the overnight shift 7p-7a. 12 hour shifts mean more days off per week! We are also always hiring for PRN. PRN allows you to create your own schedule by requesting available shifts!

We are looking for individuals to join our caregiving team. The most important qualification is compassion and a desire to improve the lives of our residents. Experience isn’t a requirement, but it’s a plus! Many of our staff came from no professional experience but had a grandparent they loved and took care of.
Our team of caregivers provides assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, eating), as well as running by cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Our facility has 15 residents that you will get to know on a personal level and be able to provide individualized love and attention.

Job Description:
Responsible for both electrical and mechanical duties.
Perform highly diversified duties to install, assemble, test, and maintain production
machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
Complete mechanical and electrical connections to distribution system equipment such as
transformers, junction boxes, distribution panels, bus bars, outlets, switches, fuses, and
circuit breakers
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines. Read and interpret
equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Monitor, identify and respond promptly to signs of malfunction in machinery such as
changes in performance, temperature fluctuations, sounds, smells or atypical energy usage;
perform troubleshooting for production machinery.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
Thoroughly clean machines and machine parts, remove parts and reinstall when necessary.
Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts.
Prepare reports documenting work performed.
Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification or installation of
machinery.
Clean, organize, inventory, stock, and otherwise maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and
supplies.
Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Train production workers on routine preventative maintenance.
Work effectively with other team members in a loud environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Installation of complete electrical and mechanical systems inside custom engineered container packages containing compressors. Read Blueprints and Electrical Schematics. Perform other duties as assigned.
