Culinary Youth Apprenticeship
This is a Culinary work experience at a well-known restaurant in the Queen Anne’s County. This experience involves working in the kitchen and learning the beginning skills of a chef in the culinary field. This Youth apprenticeship includes taking the beginning Chesapeake College Dual Enrollment Culinary class. Upon successfully completing all parts of this program, the student will earn a Culinary Youth Apprenticeship certification from Maryland Department of Labor, and will qualify to remain employed with The Jetty Restaurant, and advance in this business.
This is a paid position.

How to Apply:
1. Email Kelly Phipps at mailto:[email protected] and let her know you are applying for the Culinary Youth Apprenticeship.
2. Meet with your school counselor to review your high school graduation plan, complete the Youth Apprenticeship Application, and register for the culinary class at Chesapeake College. .
