This is a Culinary work experience at a New restaurant in the Queen Anne’s County, and at a beautiful location. This experience involves working in the kitchen and learning the beginning skills of a chef in the culinary field. This Youth apprenticeship includes taking the beginning Chesapeake College Dual Enrollment Culinary class. Upon successfully completing all parts of this program, the student will earn a Culinary Youth Apprenticeship certification from Maryland Department of Labor, and will qualify to remain employed with Kent Island Resort, and advance in this business.
