QACHS Graduates Hired by Local Businesses: Spotlight on Hayden Kilby and Wild Magnolia Salon

QACETD is excited to highlight and celebrate Hayden Kilby, a 2024 graduate of Queen Anne’s County Public School’s Careers in Cosmetology Program who has recently been hired as a full-time employee at Wild Magnolia Luxury Salon in Chester!

Hayden earned her Maryland Cosmetology License through the program at Queen Anne’s County High School, where students are instructed in the art and science of cosmetology as well as all aspects of the industry.

“Hayden worked so hard for us as part of her cosmetology program at QACHS,” says Danielle Sinicrope, owner of  Wild Magnolia Luxury Salon. “This experience went so well for both the business and Hayden that I plan to hire another QACHS cosmetology intern this next school year.”

“It’s been a great experience,” says Hayden. “During my time interning at Wild Magnolia I learned to talk to clients as a stylist and put into place the skills I learned in the Cosmetology Program at QACHS.”

Danielle also graduated from the Careers in Cosmetology Program and is seeing the benefits of supporting this program by taking on interns. You can visit Danielle and Hayden at Wild Magnolia Luxury Salon, 1812B Main Street in Chester, MD, or learn more about the salon at www.wildmagnolialuxurysalon.com.
